Matt Bomer (actor, Neal Caffrey on USA Network's "White Collar) is ticklish! He did an interview for "White Collar" at the Television Critics Association winter press tour, where a journalist asked him a fan question, sent via twitter! Matt's admission to being ticklish was first reported here:
