TickleTown is very pleased to bring Max Speer's Kittletown to life in a series of full color comic books. One of the most epic and engaging series of tickling fiction can now be seen on TickleTown in the coming months. The project has been a blast so far to work on, and I hope it is well received within the community. Many folks, myself included, have logged several hours reading Max's stories for the past decade. I always wanted to serialize an established tickling world into comic form, and Max's Kittletown seemed the perfect fit.

So how much does this tickling comic cost? That's the best part, it's absolutely free to all TickleTown members. We will be showcasing the comic is 4 page increments each issue. At this rate, we will finish up issue one in June. All you have to do is become a TickleTown member, and read each section of the comic with each edition of the site, you pay nothing extra!

We are very excited to be able to bring this comic free of charge to our members. TickleTown has exploded in popularity in the past year, and we wanted to give our loyal members a special treat, as well as entice newcomers to check us out. Not only do you get to see Max Speer's Kittletown on the site, but we also have our own tickle models that you can't see anywhere else, international festival tickling scenes, brand new mainstream clips, celebrity fakes and series, original tickling art, reviews, interviews, articles on the state of the community, discounted tickling comics, and much more!

February edition had pages 1-4, all in black & white. We talked it over, and decided to go ahead and hire a modern day renaissance man, DallasFootTickler, to do the colorings for this web comic.

So the March edition, set to come out this weekend, will feature pages 1-8 of this book, all in full color. Below is a sample of the artwork, taken from the first page of the comic. The artwork has been shrunk down to fit properly on the TMF. The actual artwork on the site is bigger.

If we get enough positive feedback, we may very well tackle more tickle comic projects, just like this one, in future editions.

It looks like it will be an excelllent comic. I enjoyed the kittletown stories. I can imagine what the illustrations would look like in the future.😀

Looks great!

So far the artist has done an outstanding job capturing Max's characters. Also DallasFootTickler's coloring work is excellent.

Bravo!

This has turned out to be a fun project and I am sure Tickletown's members will enjoy it in the coming months.

Thanks to Oblesklk for allowing me to contribute to the site. After watching Tickletown evolve over the years it's very cool to be able to take part.

Rajee, you will enjoy the pages to come. The artist has provided wonderful illustrations that have really translated max Speer's legendary prose into the visual world. Color would be nothing without excellent line art to start from.

And Morandilas, thanks for the compliment. No worries, I have not forgotten about you and MTJ Publishing. I am still working on that e-novella I plan to submit in the near future.

And to all the other artists who have contributed their original talent to the TMF... there are too many of you to name but if any of you would like your pencil sketches realized in full color let me know. I can be reached at [email protected]

Thanks

Finally, a chance to see Kittletown come to life! It must be the same thing as seeing your novel made into a movie, eh? I've always wondered what one of my stories would look like illustrated, and now I can live vicariously through Max!

Excellent work from everyone involved!

😎

i have dept problems so i cant see thw whole thing
i cant aford to join you see, and i have to give up my membership of alot of other things aswel

DFT, we'll try to make the deadlines more appealing in the future

:cry1: :whip:

We had the poor guy coloring 4 pages in something like 2 days. Storms or no storms, that's a heck of a pace.

Despite those crazy deadlines that pop up from time to time, we try to have fun 😀

Glad you guys dig the first page. Pages 1-8 are on the site right now, 9-12 are scheduled in April.

It was no problem, Ob. I'm always glad to help.

Remember, if any of you other artists out there would like to see your pencil sketches done in color I'd be happy to do it. Please understand, I do not intend to imply that anyone's original art needs anything added to it. Quite the contrary, I mean only to pay the highest compliment when I see a wonderful sketch and want to color it. I guess I never outgrew coloring books. 😛

Once it's finished running its course on TickleTown, we do plan on selling it in ecomic format at comparable prices, for those that missed some parts.

But currently we have no plans to turn it to printed form. The last fiasco with the printers has me wondering if I want to do anything with printing in the future :Grrr: Sorry I'll go vent somewhere else...

As you can imagine, it all depends on demand. If we receive lots of requests to put it into print, I have no problem with that. I'm proud of the way our previous print tickle comics have turned out, and sure Kittletown would look awesome too.

The final eight pages of Max Speer's Kittletown are now on display at www.tickletown.com for those of you interested in seeing this book. Next month we will allow non members to purchase the ecomic version of the book as well.
