I was surfing http://www.maxim.com/ and on the main page, about a quarter of the way down, was a picture from an older video titled, Duct Tape Tickle Party. The link brings you here http://www.buzzfeed.com/peggy/duct-tape-tickle-party

I thought it was pretty cool to find something tickle related on such a mainstream site. The comments on the second page aren't bad either. Most people labeled it as cute or funny.

Parker has posted the whole clip and others from his site over at TT. It is in one of the sticky's in the clip section

Very cool! It looked so interesting I went on a search to find the clip it's from and where to get it.
After soon searching over at TT (thanks to chew2uk) I found a thread with the website location.
