What a douche. Not that this is any big surprise or anything. It is my hope that, someday, all these cheaters are removed from the record books.

McGwire is shameful. He is a disgrace to anyone who complied their home runs honestly. McGwire's coming clean, has to make me wonder about Sosa, and others.

Anyone who admits to using steriods, should be both barred from ever entering the Hall of Fame, and also barred from holding any baseball related job for life. No exceptions or apologies.

Yeah... I believe him when he said that he didn't do it for the Hall but the "I could still hit 70 home runs without steroids"... I dunnoes, I can agree that said performance enhancers may not assist hand-eye coordination but the power to smash home runs out of big parks... he's doing it so that he can return to baseball and not be a media circus for the Cardinals.

How is it possible that someone can both have real tears and crocodile tears at the same time????????
