It happens on America's Got Talent, where the judges disguise as "Wax Figures" and Mel B quick tickle a fan with a feather. Not laughing reaction but it's funny.

There was a clip posted on the forum a few years ago of Mel B herself getting tickled while shooting or rehearsing for Dancing with the Stars--she was very ticklish!
