Hey everyone, this is a 100% confirmation, but Melanie Iglesias who won America's Hometown Hottie a few years ago for Maxim, and is on MTV 2's Guy Code tweeted something interesting. She tweeted "You're not ticklish because you don't have a heart." Now the only reason you would tweet something like that is if you were ticklish. So like I said not a 100% confirmation but my guess she probably is, she wouldn't have tweeted it otherwise.
