I love these Mermaid animes because they always have to have a lot to do with their legs and feet as they didn't have them to begin with and have to do all sort of new things with them.

lol not really the case with Pichi Pichi Pitch. It's not like the Little Mermaid where it's like "oh, i have feet now! look at my toes wiggle! lemme try to walk..." In this, the mermaids go on land to hide from the bad guys, and no real attention is given to their legs. it's just like "ok, i look human now, now i can hide"
