I found this pic of what seems to be a Mexican TV show. It's called Adona. I don't have any other info about it

The TV show name is "Soy tu dueña".

The actress being tickled apears to be Lucero.

I managed to found the scene. I believe it's form episode 57 (though I'm a bit confused because the title says it's 171, but the description claims it's 57).
