Microsoft Frontpage 2003 - Anygood?

For starting up a good and versatile website that is easy to manipulate and set up video clips, downloadable clips, picture galleries and a shop/store would you say that Frontpage 2003 is anygood (either alone or in conjunction with any other software/programmes/thingy's)
