It's called A Million Ways to Die in the West. Neil Patrick Harris is in it, and he plays a character nicknamed, "The Lady Tickler". I think it's a safe bet that we'll see him tickle a few people at least. Amanda Seyfried and Charlize Theoron are also in it, so we might get to see them get tickled. I apologize for throwing cold water on everything, but "the lady tickler" is just a slang term for that style of mustache that he's sporting in the posters.

Crap, I had no idea that's what the mustache was called. Though I still think there's a chance the character will do some tickling. I could see him being called the Lady Tickler because he tickles and because of his mustache. That's just hope though on my part of course.
