According to their web site, Fitness House Productions appears to be a bondage producer with two tickling-related videos.
There was once a thread on the TMF about military tickles. One of the responses to the thread contained a picture of this video, so I decided to give it and the other tickling video from FH a try. One was about $20 and the other was $25.
In this video, Sheena Sands and Sara Tomas are in the military. Sheena is tied to a chair by Sara so that Sara can test Sheena's ability to resist revealing her secret code. Sara then tickles Sheena's feet briefly before asking Lance, a security guard, to assist in the test. The two of them tickle Sheen's feet and upperbody. Lance's technique consists of quick and frantic grabs, which don't appear to be any more effective than you would expect. Sheena is eventually left by herself and, following the requisite moaning and struggling, is able to free herself.
Sheena and Lance turn the tables on Sara when they grab her and tie her to a chair. After tickling her for a while, Lance chloroforms Sheena and ties her up as well. Apparently Lance is really a spy, so he proceeds to tickle both women to find out their codes. Since this isn't working, he then moves the women to a bed where they are tied spread eagled with their skirts removed. After getting the women to reveal their codes, Lance leaves. Eventually the women free themselves.
Now that the women are free, they decide that they should tickle each other until they are conditioned to tickling so that they never reveal their codes again. They take turns being tied spread eagled to the bed while wearing black leotards. This is the only time in the entire video where the women appear to be really tickled. The tickling is not intense or long, so the reactions aren't wild.
In the next segment, Sheena and Sara are undercover at the Embassy Ball when they are captured by Lance. He ties them up and tickles their feet. Once he leaves, they then struggle to untie themselves, which seems to be the point of bondage videos.

Here is a summary of my review, which is clearly subjective.
What I liked:
1) Interesting scenario. I like videos that have something resembling a plot and portray some kind of fantasy situation.
What I didn't like:
1) There is very little real tickling!
2) Even if there had been a lot of tickling, having Lance in the video would have ruined it. Lance is like the loud, obnoxious guy that you know who thinks everyone likes him when really no one does.
3) The editing was strange. Several times in the video the scene would jump back about 15 seconds and repeat, sometimes with a comment like 'Practice makes perfect' appearing on the screen.
