Milka VS Danika

I loved Danika's reaction to getting touched by a soft towel. Twice.

While I do agree that Milka was at fault in practice, Danika's approach to resolve the problem like she does with the male drivers didn't sit well with Milka. Danika may want to rethink this because I do believe Milka could and would split Danika's lip.

If it comes to that my money is on Milka.

With the Brickhouse 400 coming up one of our local sportscasters asked one of the guys Danika got into it with what he thought about the whole affair. He said that while Danika can grab us and we can do nothing about it, Milka is another story. He said there would be a fight and he'd be more than happy to watch.

Does Danica actually race anymore, or does she just promote the sport?

She does race and I'm not making fun of her abilities. I do however remember her first two seasons and she made a few mistakes herself. What I find amusing is her striking a pose as a grizzled twenty year vet of the Indy circuit then being truly shocked that Milka wasn't going to put up with this tactic and used a tactic of her own. This could turn out to be a very interesting year.

I really don't want a catfight. The point is that talking about equality in racing for men and women ends when there is a confrontation between a man and a woman. It doesn't matter who is in the wrong the joke seems to be on the man whether he shouts back or walks away. This little episode between Milka and Danika opens up a whole new wrinkle. Watching the video it was evident that the men around the arguement were very nervous if it came to real blows between the women. Would they be up for a fine or assault charges if they laid their hands one one or both girls just to separate them? If a member of one team grabs the wrong driver just to get them apart will he be jumped by members of the other team then be fined or charged with assault? Or should they just step back and have the ladies settle it then let the Racing Commision figure something out?

I think it would be wise for the Officials to come out and clearly restate the rules of conduct about on track grievences. While the confrontation between the two ladies may be humorous or interesting (and I admit I found it both) I don't think it would be good for the sport in the long run.

When either one of them do anything close to what Shirley Muldowney accomplished; They will be taken seriously.

Danica has proven she can win! Milka is a moving chicayne.
Both of them need to shut up and drive.

i hate it she is one of the best drivers out there from the other drivers standpoint. she just gets to much bull crap and shit from the media for being a girl. If tony steward did the same thing it was be usual old tony nothing said but since she is a girl they say she is not a indy car driver she should not be in the sport. the media plays her down not her fellow drivers. just and indy car fan 2 cents later all kyle
