Yeah, she does seem off in this clip, whether due to alcohol or whatever. However the way she looks at the hand, shows that she's feeling it and the reaction seems to be a ticklish one.
 
Idk. He was poking her the whole time and she was straightened. Then the guy on the mic said something I'm assuming was a joke and she laughed.

Definitely attempted tickling in the picture, but unsure whether a ticklish reaction or laughing at the guys comments on the mic.
