Minor, Small Question/Rant

OK somebody called feather2sole has added me on messenger and has apparently been waiting for weeks now because " she " has another account which needs a new password ( yeah i know i changed my password 2 secs but i'll carry on ) but has on the meantime been using a supposed ex boyfriends account, in which she has changed the passwords so he cannot access it anymore furthermore hasnt posted a single thing on here and so would i be in the wrong to ask for some proof because of this day and age and is there anybody out there who has ever spoken to the same person ?
