Miserable girl next door

We've lived in our house now for just over 5 years now. The neighbours next door have four kids ranging from 8 to 22. The only girl there, who is about 20, has had problems with her spine and we've heard arguments with her mum about getting a suspension frame installed in the back garden (or yard if you're in US), to hang from, to stretch her back.

Well, I have never seen this girl smile in all the time we've lived here! So, I thought it might be a good idea to let her hang on the frame, hopefully barefoot, lean over the fence and glide a long peakock feather over her helpless soles!

Dya think that would do the trick? LOL

Id be careful, it sounds funny, but it could also be construed as weird and possibly harrasment. You could atleast have a conversation with her before attempting to tickle her, and if you do so, be VERY careful, as you could hurt her back. I would overall suggest not trying this.

It was only a half-hearted, amusing suggestion and truth be known, i'd be aware of her spine problem. Also, the girl is so bloody lazy, she'd never end up out there on a frame anyway! LOL
