I'm guessing this is Misty when she's older (as for Daisy, well, I'm not familiar with her; I'm guessing she's one of Misty's older sisters in the cartoon or something). So, yeah, this is another pic I found on katadude's DeviantArt gallery. I'm guessing Team Rocket is finally making good use of that tickle torture machine eh?
 
I almost thought that Daisy is the member of Team Rocket...a member that Jessie dislike.

He did pretty well on this one.
