I don't know if this is allowed, but how much do models usually get paid for you to tickle them?

100 bucks. Plenty of hot girls will give an hour for that.
Depends if we're talking about hiring models for shoots or private sessions.
Shooting rates I have noticed ranging from $100-$150(Sometimes a model will quote $75, but $100 seems to be more standard.) an hour. The price depends on content like if there is nudity or any kind of sexual activity the price goes up.
Sessions normally run from $150-$300 and most professionals nowadays require a deposit. Sure you can sometimes find cheaper, but I always remind people of the phrase, "You get what you pay for.". Also before you hire any model or professional player make sure you do your homework because there are a lot of scam artists and catfishers.
It all sounds reasonable to me; I thought to shoot a model's image would be considerably more than doing a private session for obvious reasons. i sessioned with pros a few times in the early 2000s, but if I ever did again, I might as well just make a video shoot instead. Costs the same, and you get a "souvenir". Especially because, to be honest, I only recall a few flashes of the sessions I did.
Okay I understand your thought process, but I wanted to clear some things up. The reasons I have personally come up with as to why shoots are cheaper are firstly if the producer or photographer has a strong social media presence or websites where they sell their content they help get your name out and secondly most producers and photographers couldn't afford to hire models at session rates. Sessions tend to cost more because they are more intimate and private. They also tend to be more one on one, so they are higher risk. At shoots everything is usually expected to be more professional, so for example I wouldn't expect a producer at bondage to ask me if I am getting hot and bothered, but at a session I would answer the question. Some professionals allow their sessions to be recorded for an added fee or a reduced fee if you'll let them resell it. A producer or photographer who is just shooting for his own personal library normally gets treated like a session and is charged accordingly.
