They're making a movie based on Billy Beane and the Oakland Athletics. I'm not a big fan of Brad Pitt but I will go to see this movie. Go Oakland Athletics!

It looks like it should be a fine movie. I wonder if they will credit Bill James with being the one who introduced some new statistics to baseball analysis (before Beane used some of them as will be shown in the film).
