Another piece of 1990s tickling fiction artwork that I found on Ebay. Artist unknown.

I owned this magazine as well; it was Tied & Tickled, Tickling Digest, something like that. Pencil and ink on something like Bristol board. The markings on the back may indicate the size and publisher of the artwork.
