Vikings players confirmed Monday that coach Brad Childress informed them during a team meeting that Moss had been let go, a few minutes after the NFL Network first reported the Vikings had waived the frustrated wide receiver less than a month after acquiring him in a trade with New England.

That was quick.

You wonder why New England cut him, and they don't miss him at all.

stupid move on the Vikings part...personally he shouldnt have been cut. The Vikings need to start a raid and kick Childress out for being a pathetic excuse for a coach, and they need to get rid of Zygi Wilf, who happens to be IMO the worst Owner if Vikings Franchise history....it's because of those two that this team doesnt get anywhere.....anyways to lighten the mood a little bit i thought id mention this

I'm sure someone will pick him up, but in watching some video of that game I wouldn't call the routes he ran half hearted and insult the half hearted peolpe on here. He couldn't wait to get out of Oakland then couldn't keep his mouth shut the last couple of years in New England. Now Childress being the head coach should of stopped last week after bad mouthing the ref's. I will say this much I think the interview Moss had with Moss after Sundays game was one of the better interviews of late.
