Well for me it's a tight hogtie witn my ankles crossed. When I'm tied up there is a dull pain in my arms, but once I'm untied that's when it hurts the most. My arms are soar and stiff, but only momentarily. Nothing major.

You could say who put you in it, or who you would want to put you in it too. Meka is the only person to ever tie me up, besides myself haha.

Hmm, I think back when I still indulged in self-bondage, it was a simple hands behind the back and ankles together thing. But here's the twist: I tried doing that thing where you put your legs through your arms and get your arms in front of you. Midway through one attempt my abs cramped, and I was stuck with bound wrists hooked behind my knees lololololol

Not long, but was kinda painful 😛. If I recall correctly, at the time I was using a rope that I'd looped a couple times into a smaller loop that I just twisted my hands into to make tighter (how little sense can I make in a description? I think I'm going for a personal record!) so it was easy to get out of. The problem was the pain in my gut, lol...

Not into being bound myself, but the most evil bondage I can think of is something that immobilises the body (blanket wrapping being the easiest to do without some sort of expertise) and tying the toes together so that the feet can't even cover each other.

I should explain that I have two private games called The Tickling Gauntlet and The Foot Torture Gauntlet. In that time the lee/bottom is bound however is most effective given my limited knowledge and I either tickle them all over or tickle and torture their feet for that time, depending on the variant we’re playing. There is no safeword and begging and pleading is most likely to encourage me to be even more of an evil shit. Nothing stops their torment until I fall over exhausted (as did happen the first time I did it) or the time is up.

I managed to talk a lee into doing the Foot Gauntlet once and we set a time limit of 33 minutes. I threw everything I could think of at her soles while she was bound as I described in the first paragraph: wrapped in a blanket with her feet in stocks and big toes tied. I did fast, brutal tickling; slow evil tickling; oral tickling with the tongue, teeth and lips; scrubbing with stiff hairbrushes, electric toothbrushes, deep sole gouging with my nails and a variety of more torturous sensation including paddling with wooden spoons, plastic rulers, a two and a half inch leather belt and the piece da resistance… flambéing her soles with a hairdryer. This last one especially had her freaking out, as it feels ten times worse than it physically is. I think she fully expected to see her feet covered in blisters afterwards. Heh.

Without that bondage position, it wouldn't have been half as effective, not least because she couldn't see a thing.

Shame such opportunities don’t come up more often, but such a lee is very hard to find, especially in England.

As for me, having been placed into some basic bondages(spread-eagles, hogties, etc.), I have a better understanding for what the lee goes through when helplessly bound, and how much hell to put someone through when compromised as such.
Basically, the tighter, more compromising the bondage, the less torment is necessary to achive the goal of driving them crazy with tickling. What I mean is: If you have her/him totally helpless, in a strict hogtie, it's likely to be somewhat painful, between the awkwardly enforced pose, the restraints digging into extremities, and if you're so disposed, things like gags and such adding to the "misery". So, even the barest fingertip ticklings can have devastating results(as opposed to going tee-totally crazy with the allover fingers-digging-in style of tickling).

Just my own perceptions, though. If she/he's a gymnast or double-jointed something, tie-`em-up all contorted and make their life a living hell! 😉

I LOVE seeing poses like the attachment below, but would hate to be put into something like that, as I can guarantee my back would cramp up before all the knots were even in place!

A pose like this, with someone who could stand it longer than I, is a great example of one where I(as the ler) would take things ever so slowly. Just a single fingertip glancing along the ribs would be enough to "send" a ticklish person in such a difficult(but lovely) pose.
