--- The single best "device" which I have employed for tickling is actually a little Black & Decker sander,.. called the "Mouse". It's shaped like a little Iron such as you would iron clothes with,.... Obviously I don't put sandpaper on it,... instead I made a custom cover out of mink. It's devastating.
