Global warming has gotten out of control and the only person that can turn things around is Mother Nature. However, when she was asked, she flat out said NO! Now other methods need to be used. She's been captured by another master of the elements, namely electricity. He intends to "persuade" her to turn things around. Starting on her feet he tickles and uses mild lightning, not enough to hurt but just enough to tickle. Will she agree or will her ticklishness convince her to turn the global warming back?
