I thought someone would've mentioned this by now... Cartoon Network has brought back the Mr. Men characters. It's a brand new show called "The Mr. Men Show" (not to be confused with the live-action/cartoon show of the same name a few years back).
It's a brand new show "reimagining" the Mr. Men characters. I checked to see, and sure enough, Mr. Tickle is one of the main characters. So there's probably constant mentions of tickling when the character appears. Of course, I'm sure it will be wacky silly tickling since this seems to be a kids' show, but something to mention nonetheless.
I saw a commercial for it, I think it comes on at 9am and 1:30pm everyday. Spreading the word.
