The sinister Ms. Nyxon and Amo have stolen a secret formula from Dixie Comet and plan to sell it on the black market. Problem is, Dixie doesn't suffer thieves lightly. She soon catches up with the two would-be crime queens (while Amo brags about how easy it was to take Dixie out) and makes them pay a ticklish price!
