Sheyla Almeida (Sheyla Hershey) is the Guiness record holder for the world's largest breasts. I know that enormous, augmented breasts may be a turn off for some people, so this won't be for everyone. I am a breast man myself, and, having just seen some nude pics of her, thought it'd be nice to see her get the full body workover. All work was done on MS Paint, so it isn't the greatest as far as detail, but it's simple and, I think, extremely hot to think of this buxom beauty in this position.
