I purchased this clip from the http://www.clips4sale.com/store/5870/785567 store, and it didn't have sound! No audio whatsoever!

EDIT: Okay, I've sorted this out, and it turns out that the clip must have not downloaded correctly for me or something the first time, because a clips4sale employee reactivated the download link for me, and this time I was able to successfully download the clip again with working sound. It was all a misunderstanding.

Did you try contacting the producer? Most are happy to replace corrupted downloads. Also, have you checked to make sure that you're not missing a codec? Windows Media Player is supposed to check automatically, but sometimes it doesn't work and the codec has to be downloaded manually.

I checked with the producer, and I was able to download the clip again, and this time the sound is working properly.
