Hey everyone. This may be the wrong board, but I need to know how about doing this. I bought one of Jeff's clips (MTPJeff), and it was one of the Mary's First Time clips that were just released. I've been looking forward to the feet clip forever. So, I downloaded and for some reason it downloaded in a .pl file, and the audio is horrible and can barely be heard when all volume controls are at full. It's very muffled. Well, I tried emailing him and have not gotten a response...so how do I go about re-downloading it again so it will be correct this time. Please help. Thanks everyone.
 
You may have to be patient. A lot of people head away for the holidays, so he may be off somewhere. Give him time and he'll get back to you.
