MTP - Bad Download

Hey everyone. This may be the wrong board, but I need to know how about doing this. I bought one of Jeff's clips (MTPJeff), and it was one of the Mary's First Time clips that were just released. I've been looking forward to the feet clip forever. So, I downloaded and for some reason it downloaded in a .pl file, and the audio is horrible and can barely be heard when all volume controls are at full. It's very muffled. Well, I tried emailing him and have not gotten a response...so how do I go about re-downloading it again so it will be correct this time. Please help. Thanks everyone.

I downloaded the Ashlei video....

...which had been converted from VHS to digital format and the quality was lousy as well - the only respone I got was "how bad was it", that sort of thing.

Not exactly "let me try and make good."

well you cant really do anything unless you know the extent to which it is a problem
