Well, finally, here is MY list of the top 30 whatever most ticklish models. (because I may end up listing 32 or 27, haven't finalized the list yet, but if I don't start, never will finish....🙁)
First off, I have my criteria, which is, THEY MUST LAUGH.
Models who only spit out ear splitting shrieks will not be included, because that's not laughter, that's screaming. And honestly, I think that's how many models fake it, by screaming bloody murder. I've known few women who scream like that when tickled.
Models who are obviously faking it won't be on the list.
There are a lot of girls who are liked out there, but I've felt their fakers.
And many don't even do a good job of it!
This list also has problems, because there are a lot of girls who ARE ticklish, ... but just never got a good tickling!!
For example, Jessie recently put out a good video, where she is a boss who is tickled on her pantyhosed feet, obviously I'll like it. Loved the pantyhose - the PERFECT style. The angles were okay, even though the cameraman missed the shoe removal because he was moving the camera too much.
Jessie is ticklish, and pretty, and I've always liked her. But the tickling severly lacked, it's like they were afraid to actually touch her gorgeous feet, so there was a lot of wasted time. Dammit!
And I believe there were many great models through the years, who no one will include in best of lists, who never really got that good tickling.
This list encompasses years and years, but many newer models have made my list. That's because, they're excellent. What's great about videos is that, there's always the potential of discovering that hidden gem. You can't complain and say "Only the older videos are any good!" and not be wowed by Tickle Abuse's recent "Natalie Humbled,"...which God I can't wait until the pantyhose version comes out!
Of course, back then, there were only a few companies, so each video release was special.
I couldn't really do a 1 - 30 worst to best, because all these girls are excellent. But, I will try to list the absolute best of the best toward the end, so you can really aim for those videos when you feel in a funk because you keep seeing non-ticklish girls. So this WILL be a somewhat good to absolute best listing.....

She's a beautiful red head with extremely ticklish feet. They twitch when tickled. That's what made me like her the most - I like it when people have twitchy tickle spots. I think it makes it magical. There was one video that she was in that was on Youtube, but it was deleted. Red head with tan skin and AMAZING FEET. FUCKING BEAUTIFUL feet. I just can't remember what her name is! 
Maybe that's just me, but I think having to pay to see tickling is a bit weird. But maybe I'm just not aware of something...
