Philip Winchester (actor, Frank on "Fringe", Robinson Crusoe in TV series "Crusoe") admitted he is ticklish on his feet on his formspring.me page, after he responded to a question about foot rubs that he giggles and kicks when someone tries to rub his feet! He is my favorite actor, so I'm really happy to know about him!
