These are a few more stories about my girlfriend Annie. She's Chinese and Filpino, 5'6, skinny (though putting on some muscle), and really really ticklish. Her shoe size is a 7-8 depending on the brand.
FaceTime
Annie was on FaceTime with her sister at my apartment. We were sitting on my couch with her feet on my lap. As mentioned before, she's too ticklish for foot massages...so of course, I wanted to intentionally tickle her, because she can't control her reaction at all. I just held her ankle with my right hand and started lightly stroking the side of her big toe with my left hand. She was doing a better job than usual of holding in her reaction for a grand total of about 5 seconds. She told her sister to just hang on a moment, she turned her video and mic off and burst out laughing throwing her head back. I kept doing it until she told me to stop because her sister was on hold.
Flip Flops
As I mentioned the last time I posted on this forum, I have a flip flop fetish. Luckily for me, Annie wears flip flops at home (and still outside, because the Earth is in trouble and we have unseasonably warm Octobers here in New York now), so I get to see my favorite feet in my favorite footwear most days. Recently I thought it would be fun to try taking them off while she's standing. She asked what I was doing and then I started tickling the tops of her feet. She had no idea what to do, so she just ran away to the couch. I followed her there, trapped her legs, and tickled her feet still wearing the flip flops, and then I took them off and tickled her some more with them.
Knees
Not a spot I normally target, but it sure is fun to mess with her this way. She was sitting on Discord playing Valorant and I was sitting next to her and watching. I just ever so lightly tickling her knees with my fingers. She kept her hands on the mouse and keyboard but eventually faceplanted (lightly) on her desk and burst out giggling. Her team won the round. I went to the other side of my apartment and grabbed my scalp massager and went over her knees with it during the next round. To her credit, she kept her head in the game and her hands on the controls, but there was some flailing and a lot of "omg stop." It was sooo cute.
Head to Toe
I got an idea where I tickle her with one finger, starting at the top of her head and working my way down to her feet. I had her lay down on her chest, in a tank top and shorts, and said I wanted to try something. I sat on her butt and with one finger, started at the top of her head and made my way down. She was tense the whole time but really flinched when I passed her neck, upper back, sides, butt, thighs, and of course her feet. I gave her a little bonus tickle after.
Keep Your Feet Still
I am ticklish, and I've told her I'm ticklish, but she hasn't been able to tickle me at all. She's tried, but because she's more ticklish than me I know I can hold perfectly still and just look at her. So we made a friendly bet. I stroke the bottom of her bare foot with one finger ten times and if she is able to hold still for just one, she gets to tickle me and I'm not allowed to fight back. She put her feet on my lap. Here's a log of each attempt:
1. Her feet and knees completely retract until her soles are touching the couch. She also yelps.

6. She flinches a little bit less.

She is still unable to tickle me. It's kind of fun being in a relationship with that much of a power advantage.
Nylons
My birthday is the day after I last posted one of these. For my birthday she got me a few things, but also let me indulge in a fantasy I always wanted to try. I'm not really into nylon/sheer/tights/leggings tickling, I've always preferred bare feet. But one thing I always wanted to do was rip nylons just around the toes, and put an electric toothbrush in each one. She said it was OK because it was my birthday, so I bought two electric toothbrushes just for this purpose. She wasn't restrained for this, her feet were on my lap and she was laying on her chest. Soles up. Something I wasn't expecting was that just ripping the nylons was very ticklish for her because I had to touch her feet to do it. I put the first toothbrush in and she flinched from the brush touching her foot. Ditto with the second one.
She looked me right in the eyes and knew it was going to suck for her, but she would try her best. I set a timer for 60 seconds, turned on the toothbrushes, and started the timer. She lost it pretty much instantly, said "holy fuck" a few times and started thrashing. I was able to keep her feet still for the whole minute, but oh boy was she fighting. She made it to the end and I turned them off...but I made her take out the toothbrushes. I told her I didn't think she could do it without tickling herself, and she said bet. She was wrong. She had to do it very, very slowly and she still giggled.
