Haven't changed mine in months, but I'd say its pretty accurate though busy would be much more befitting. Typically though, I don't really check out other peoples mood icons.

Mine is fairly accurate as I hardly ever come here..however do to a wee injury, aka clumsy me fell...I have time on my hands and have been wandering around the theater and the TMF.
