that is all

good bye

From what I got to hear of everything that played. I'll say solid guitar work there no doubt. It's nice to see that there is still talent in the USA out there and that someone can play more than the same 3 damn alternative chords (I HATE alternative/grunge with a passion!) So my best of luck to ya as a guitar player, you got alot of skill my friend 🙂

As for the drummer..sorry but I must say.. (being an ex drummer myself). The guy has potential, however he needs to work on keeping beat with you cause all through the begining of what I heard and a few times here and there as the stuff went on..it was totaly off beat and out of time. But, keep working at it and good luck to you both.. and remember to never ever give up on your dreams and making the best form of speach and emotion..music😉

Sounded...............

.....like a slowly burning pet shop to me.

dskodj - thanks man i appreciate you checking it out and appreciate the praise of my guitar skills. its nice to know that some people do actually know the difference between music and noise.. the drums were a little off in some parts and so was i, but this wasnt a studio recording.. we recorded it live right where im sitting haha so thats why the quality isnt the best either.. if ur interested (or anyone else) i also have three more songs that arent posted on that site.. thanks again

red indian - i appreciate you checking it out.. that is all

Hey these days you can use your own computer as a studio man. Ya just need the right program to act as a studio and you can lay down track by track, sequence, mix it down etc. The internet has made alot of the formaly impossible now possible. On a short note, I just recently completed doing a track that I scrapped over 2 years ago by miracle of bumping into 2 very talented people on an internet chat program and kinda reviving the project.

It was all done by bouncing audio files back and forth and eventualy..coming up with a full track by track mixdown which I did on this software and it was just like recording in a studio. If you dont know about this stuff and wanna know, let me know and I can contact ya through private message and tell ya all about the way this software can work as having a multi track recorder and studio. Then maybe, you guys can cut a demo pro style..let me know, always willing to help out talent to succeed in any way I can😉

OK bass.........

....you took that well! you must have a trace of Brit in your ancestry, many other folks on this site would be demanding a nuclear strike on the UK for that remark.

I dont think you would expect anything less from me I suppose, anyway keep up the good work squire and I wish you well.

Lets face it, unless its Bill Evans playing "Gloria's Step" I am never going to be happy.

Hey Bass, i just listened and yeah the drummer was off a bit, but hell i liked the three tracks i got to listen to. Keep up the desire, never know who is listening. 🙂

Red, hey Brah! not all of us take everything offensive. Yeah i know me and you were spatting earlier over US vs UK in the Olympics, but hey, we were just reppin our Countries and both believed ours were better than the others, well yeah, mine was..lol..dont bring up that Ryder Cup tho! AHH! lol Everyone has their own opinion and taste of music, this obviously wasnt yours. Im glad bass took it well, and no Nuclear war broke out! lmfao. Not all of us want to wage war, unless nescessary!

dskodj - i used a program called dexster to make these files. it wasnt a multi-track, but we did a live recording so it was alright. if you know any good multi-track progs, id love to check some of them out.. the more tracks, the more i can perfect

naveltkltr1350 - glad you liked what you heard. i appreciate you checking it out. i didnt expect anyone would.

red indian - at first i was kind of upset at the remark, but i mean, i put the music up for anyone to check out, didnt say you had to like it.. so i just thought id show appreciation for your good intentions.. maybe next time i wont sound like animals burning to death.. and i have no brit in me, im 3/4 finn 1/8 italian and 1/8 irish 😎

This is an example of why the music industry is collapsing.

A home computer, a guitarist, and a drummer, with no bass or vocals, suddenly constitutes a 'band.' Time was you actually had to have a bassist, and a singer, and actually... y'know, be performing?

There isn't any less talent now than there ever was. There's just a lot more... well... yeah.

I'm afraid I have to agree that I didn't care for the sound. Of course, y'might take that in a positive way. Most of the bands I listen to sound like they're banging on peoples' heads with trash can lids... and that's just the singing.

I am the first one agenst computer programs destroying the true way of everything art wise. However the programs I speak of is nothing more than saving money on a multi track and it does the same exact thing and takes the same amount of work, no cheating (like the so called DJ mixing programs..now that stuff is a crock of shit!).

You'd be surprised what 2 people can do in a studio. For one, my band back when was just 2 people, me and one other and we played many instruments and made em all come together using track by track mixdown (this was before the computer age took over of corse). For a live gig if ya get somewhere, ya just hire "on spot" musicians to help ya do it live. Dont know if ya remember in the 80s the group Tears For Fears..they sold zillions of records and they were pretty good in the time as well..and guess what?..ONLY A 2 MAN BAND! I do agree with music has gone to hell and theres bairly any true talent out there..but it has nothing to do with the reasons you stated. Pleaseeeeee get facts straight before sayin things that it seems you know nothing about. Ive said my peace, they are hard facts, im not gonna argue back and forth, take it for what its worth and say what you may..the end😉

azrael - first of all, the reason why i say we constitute as a band, as because we have been working on this music for well over a year together now and i have spent a good amount of my time money and effort on this 'NOTHING' that you speak of.. the fact that we have no vocalist or bassist comes from the lack of talented musicians in my local area.. its not like we dont want them.. so im sorry it isnt shit to you, but it is something to me.. and im sorry that two 19 year old guys dont have the money or connections to be touring around and playing venues all over the place.. its one thing to say you dont like the music, thats fine, nobody said you had to like it, but its a completely different thing to label us talentless and the cause of the music industry's decline.. that just shows complete lack of respect for anything.. but im not gonna argue about this with you as i feel it would be a waste of time and would accomplish nothing.. and nonetheless, i appreciate you taking the time to check out my music.. asshole

dskodj - yea i wasnt talking about any dj mixing programs.. i need to find a program that acts as a multitrack studio, that way we could take the time to record individual tracks and id have the tracks to work with and mix/master/etc.. we also have our practice space at my buddies house.. its a seperate garage type structure from his house, and we might actually be turning that into a recording studio by the end of this year to continue our passion.. ive seen alot of progs out there at music shops but im not looking to spend $400 on a computer program.. we just take what we can get ya know?

Private message me and I think I may be able to help ya out with a 400 buck program paying absolutly nothing😉

And yes i know you wernt talkin DJ mixing programs, I was just talkin bout that cause im an ex DJ who worked on the turntables and those programs just make me sick LOL..so was just giving an example, nothing to do with music making on that comment🙂

Brah! Music is like my life. Well, along with women, sports and cars..lol..but without music, i wouldnt work as well.

I enjoy listening to music and I am not one to take apart and listen to it critically, but I DID enjoy the instrumental jam. I liked the guitar work. Good luck to you guys in the hope somebody picks you up. You never know.
