Yeah - what was that? Peeing? Wet dream? Bleeding Ulcer? Whatever it was, I was surprised that scene made it onto the tube!
I've enjoyed in the past:

Mr. Burns: "I build weapons for the Germans during WWII, just like Oskar Schindlker. And mine worked, dammit!" (okay, not an exact quote... something like that)
Homer cocking his shotgun: "Quick, to the schoolbook depository!"
"Ja Ja Ja, dieser cel phone ist ein nuisance phone!" The quote itself was mildly funny - the fact that it came from a certain ancient wrinkled German man with a tiny moustace & wearing a brown suit in South America driving a black Mercedes... that gave it the edgy shocking/funny feel to it.
Fat Tony: "I don't get angry, I get stabby."
Prof. Frenkel: wherever he manages to pop in that little "Uh, ah, flavin" thing he does....
