My rule changes for the NFL

1. No more legislating emotion out of the game! Im not saying this because Im a Dallas Cowboys fan, Im just saying in general, this rule about no more excessive celebration...GONE!

Im bringing back the fun bunch (Washington Redskins) the bob and weave (St. Louis Rams) Jared Allen can do his calf roping celebration going down to a knee, if Braylon Edwards wants to dances in the face of a guy who was trying to cover him, fine! I say let the players have fun...No more No Fun League.

2. As far as supenstion for "devestating hits" as long as it isnt leaving your feet, delebrate intent to deliver a helmet to helmet shot, no fines or suspenstions. This is football, not freeze tag, defensive players have played the game one way since who knows when, no one changes the way they play, again if your going head hunting, you will face a suspenstion.

Just admit it, The Dallas Cowboys are too stupid to follow the rules. They have nobody to blame but themselves. You are 1-4 with a very good team (though I feel Romo is over-rated). You still have a shot at the playoffs. The NFL will try to walk the fine line between huge hits and injured players. Their ratings are sky high but if someone gets killed or paralyzed they are fucked. They will probably start fining and suspending repeat offenders with stiffer penalties without changing the game all that much.

As far as Im concerned with the Cowboys, still my team, but they have as much of a chance of playing in the Super Bowl in their stadium as I have of actually going to a regular season game in that stadium.

If we dont want him or anyone standing are the star, I suggest a radical idea, try stopping him, or if he does do it catch him sleeping on a crossing pattern and take his head off leagally of course, and he thinks twice about it.
