I can't quite understand some of your post, but to me, you sound just like most people on this forum. You don't need to see a psychiatrist. You just have a fetish, like many people.

You should not waste your time and money seeing a psychiatrist, jéjé, at least not because you want to tickle or be tickled by consenting adults.

Many years ago (when I was 30), I was engaged to a woman who asked that I see a psychiatrist because of my interests, women's feet and tickling. I was in love and I did see one, for the next six months.

After six months of seeing the psychiatrist, I was convinced that what I needed was to break the engagement and find a woman who shared my interests.

I don't know your age now, but I wish you luck in finding a woman who is compatible with you. I repeat, don't waste time and money on a psychiatrist.
