My Wife Can Tickle Herself!!!!

I couldn't belive it, as i thought it was not possible. me and my wife were playining on our bed, when for a reason i dont know, she grabbed her own hips and atarted to tickle herself, and it worked!! i really did think she was just winding me up and let it go. but again last nite she did it and it worked. i made her try het feet too but didnt work. only her hips. so she carried on and it really does tickle her. i know cause she has a laugh so distinct when something really tickles!!! i am going to have so much fun!! anybody else know of anyone who can do this crazy thing?!

I have accidently tickled myslef waking up in the morning or something like that. Never been able to pull it off on purpose.. That would make a funny video though. Have fun with with it.

If she can tickle herself on her hips, then she must be insanely ticklish there. Enough to circumvent the psycological barriers that prevent most folk from tickling themselves.

Two kinds of tickling

There are actually two kinds of tickling. According to the tickle researchers the heavier tickling (called gargalesis) is not something you can do yourself.

With light tickling (called knismesis) it is actually possible to tickle yourself. I can tickle myself but I don't laugh because I'd feel very silly laughing by myself.

Knismesis is very light stimulation of the skin, say by a feather. It rarely produces laughter and can be induced autonomously, by someone else, by a crawling insect, or even by mild electricity. Gargalesis cannot be self-induced. It consists of heavier pressures applied to specific parts of the body, especially the ribs and arm pits. But the finger probing usually has to be done by someone else. Gargalesis is often very unpleasant but is nevertheless likely to be accompanied by smiles and laughter. In fact, gargalesis can be so disturbing that medieval torturers supposedly tickled some of their victims to death!

My wife can do that too. ( on her feet ) If you were to hear it you would think she is being tickled by someone, when in fact she is the only one doing the tickling. She sometimes does it just for the fun of it too. I have explained a few ways to some other people ( and you know who you are, lol ) so they can try and do it too. Tends to be something that can be done, and is not as impossible as others think. I think it really depends on the person myself on how open minded they are and willing to not think it is so silly and want it to work, but then again it does not work for all, and yes it does not work for open minded people too, lol, ( in case an open minded person has something to say, lol) I even have a friend that has a challenge to anyone who can tickle themselfs longer than she can. If they can, then she will do it for the time that they were able to out do her for. Glad to hear that your wife can do that. Sounds like you both will have some fun.

i've talked to girls who could do this on their feet. My first knowledge of this was a girl i knew in middle school who told me she had to itch her foot and she hated it cause it tickled and she'd actually laugh when she scratched her foot.

I can tickle my feet when I really concentrate but I really can't tickle my other body parts particularly well but I'll still keep trying 😉 .

My wife can do this on her feet, as well. When we first started dating in the early 90's, I remember being at her apartment after work and asking her if she could. She said she didn't think so. She took off her shoe and took her long nails and started tickling her nyloned foot. About a second a later, you could see the look on her face change. She started laughing and said, "OK, end of experiment."

I can tickle myself on my feet pretty good to start off. The more I tickle the less ticklish I become, but at the beginnign it takes a LOT of self restraint just to keep my hand anywhere near my feet and not laugh loud enought o distrub neighbors.

I can tickle myself at times. I have to be sensitized and it only works in certain areas. very rarely can I make myself laugh though.

If I cross my legs properly, my foot will go totaly numb. I then uncross my legs, wait for "Pins and needles" to start, then bounce my foot on the ground! It tickles like crazy and, yes, it does make me laugh! I don't do it often since it's probably not the safest practice,but, every now and then, it's the perfect little pick-me-up!

or if you're just really desperate to be tickled and no one's around, it works!
