I guess it all depends on who/the situation/etc.
Tickling for me has transcended past any sexual desires. It still exists in that form, but I find myself able/willing to become involved in tickle play with friends in a casual setting, and it isn't a turn-on at all.
Id almost be amused to see a friend tickled, perhaps just to laugh at reactions. Nothing as... exhibiting as DungeonMaidens, though (while I love there work!)
