I hope this doesnt sound like a silly post, but I was just thinking that I must have a love affair with the number 3. It is, in many ways, so much a part of my life.
First off, my birthday, is 1-23. 1 plus 2 equaling 3, and the 3 at the end of my birthday.
When I was a kid, my favorite baseball player on the Braves was Dale Murphy, and he wore number 3. I didnt like Dale because he wore the number 3, but it was more because he was an awesome ballplayer on the field, and a great human being off the field.
My favorite player on the Braves during the 1990's was Greg Maddux, and he wore number 31- 3 times 1 equaling 3, and also a 3 in his number. Again, I didnt like him because of the number, just because he is an awesome ballplayer.
Those who know me in the TMF, know that I like to welcome girls by asking them 3 questions. Again, not planned, just how it is.
When I go to the Peking Buffet, my favorite chinese resturant, I always eat 3 plates of chicken. I just feel satisfied doing so. 3 seems to be the right number.
Even when gambling, 3 always comes into play. My parents lucky numbers were always 1-3-6, and whenever they went to jai lai or the track, they would bet these numbers. I have borrowed these numbers, and had success with them. Again, a 3 in the number, 1 times 3 equals 3, and 3 times 2 is 6.
I wonder about numerology. I know that's like astrology, and many dont believe in it. I dont always bet 1-3-6 when I bet horses, but I do many times. It just happens.
My aunt has this thing with numbers too. I may have mentioned that she is into astrology, and she has this thing with the 12th house, and bad things. 12 th house means hidden enemy or bad. Well, she has a thing with the number 12, and her bday is 1-2-48. Again, the number thing. 1 and 2 are 12, and 4 plus 8 equals 12. She claims not to be really into numbers or numerology, but was intrigued when I told her about the 12 thing.
So, that's all. I dont know what all this means, but I find it interesting.
