Just doing some early spring cleaning on one of my hard drives and came across this hot little pic...

The mystery is I've forgotten where it's from! Can anyone tell me? 😀

I'm pretty sure it's a cap from a mainstream scene...but thats all I remember.

It's from a QVC appearance by a gal named Toni Bratton. She shows off her foot beauty junk, then as she holds up the model's foot, she says, "Take a look at this tootsie, ladies. A beautiful, soft -- tickle, tickle." And then she tickles the woman's sole, and the toes curl beautifully.
