If I'm thinking of the right girl, her name is Chantal and I think she was only ever the 'ler.

One of my favourite clips ever is the one of her tickling Eva K, which is called 'tickled in jeans'. Eva is super ticklish, very squirmy and she has a great laugh. I love that there's some sock tickling in there too because I'm big on that and it's super rare. It gets me good how Chantal is in the pose, wiggling her toes, and with a little smirk on her face at the beginning of the video and once she gets up, you can see Eva already start squirming and giggling in her restraints. You're totally right too, Chantal was an absolutely devilish 'ler.

It's unfortunate she was never a 'lee, and I think she only appeared in 2 or 3 videos total. I wanted to see her on the receiving end so badly and I really thought they were teasing it would happen by showing her in the pose. We don't often see the tickler's feet so prominently, and it felt like they wanted to build up anticipation for Chantal to get hers.

I don't know. Maybe she wasn't ticklish, or just didn't fancy the idea of being a sub. The latter wouldn't surprise me because she was really good at tickling, and clearly got a lot of sadistic satisfaction from it.
