Hello,
I would like to ask if someone remembers the name of the B class (low budget) Pirate themed movie that had mainstream foot tickling with a feather?
In the scene, the teacher is tickling the half-naked school girl on her feet with different feathers and she's talking about some buried treasure.
The scene ends with the school girl asking something like "You want us to go look for buried treasure?!" and gives a crazy look, ending up in laughter as the teacher continues tickling her soles.
Then she agrees that the teacher can do whatever she wants and the student won't tell anyone about it or something like that and the teacher just flaps a brush at her hand (possibly meaning that it would've been the next torture equipment), saying something like "you've got a deal".
There's some sort of metal music playing in the background if I recall correctly.
And no: This is NOT a porn movie in any way. If I recall correctly, that's like the only scene with bare breasts showing.
I just remember that the title of the movie had "Pirates" in it somewhere. I've tried to narrow it down somewhat.
