Yep... Jiraiya did as threatened... he tickle tortures one of the two shinobi he captured. It doesn't work, so he resorts to extreme measures (he turns the guy into a frog) but it was still fun to see while it lasted.

Yeah couldn't believe it myself last week, but he did it.
Quite interesting to know all those Naruto tickling stories aren't just fiction (you know how I mean that, do you😉 ) because tickling is actually used for interrogation.

Jiraiya is such a bizzare character. 😛 This was quite unexpected! Granted, HDS is paused in his Naruto reading at about volume five or so but still, a curveball! Not a bad curveball, though. Good find, aye!

nope shinobi = ninja. I don't think there is a special word for male ninja but I'm not sure.
