I found this picture on the Internet, but it wasn't in the LostOneZero's Gallery. So, are there other galleries or albums on the internet about that collection?

Those are caltrops. And the pic does resemble LOZ's style. Though not quite as fleshed out. I know whenever he does a commision he never seems to post it on his site.
In any case. Nice find.

Yep, not all of LOZ's work appears in his gallery. He does many commissions, some of which appear exclusively on other sites, and some which may be unpublished at the commissioner's wishes.

I'd say being forced to stand on your tippy-toes all through the night might be a bit more of a problem for them.
