I was flipping thru the stations and ran across this on Comedy Central. It's set in the caveman era kinda hahah.
Anyway's 6 cavemen had Gary Busey (who was a wizard) tied up and he wouldn't answer they're questions so that started tickling his feet with feathers. Busey was giggling and laughing and begging for the tickling to stop. It was a hot scene and lasted a few minutes.
The next scene a caveman was watching over the Busey prisoner threatening to tickle him until he exploded or his head come off.
All in all it was a great find!
