Nationality of Latina being Tickled

On page 6 of the audio/video clips there is a video clip, I believe wmv, of a Hispanic girl being tickled.

I was just wondering what Hispanic country is the origin of that clip?

Is it Mexican, European Spanish, or somewhere from Latin American.
