Are there certain nationalities or countries where tickling is more accepted and practised
 
Russia for one.The pratice goes back hundreds of years and was common among both the nobility and the peasents.
 
I believe Poland. :wiseowl: I know a Polish lady who loves to tickle and be tickled.
