They are quite interesting.
If I may point it out, they look manipulated.
Example: in the second pic there are some stray pixels around the hand, that hint the leftmost officer was holding a gun.
And the dark red background, on the left, has uneven grain, as if it was cut and pasted to cover the original title.
Yet, a fine series. 🙂
A question: were they Nazis to start with?
If you don't mind me deleting the captions, I could make out an animation myself. 🙂

That, I must say, is a very unique style of art. In a good way, that is!
Good stuff, on_storm! For those of you wondering, though, these are manipulations from an old pulp fiction/fantasy magazine of decades gone by. The name of the magazine escapes me, but BZ Tickler could tell you. It was at his house that I first saw this particular issue.
In the original pic the Nazis are about to burn the woman's feet. I must admit, I much prefer the tickling.
