Well, after almost losing the whole season, it looks as if the NBA lockout is finally over.

Information was posted about 10 minutes ago stating that the powers of the NBA had reached a tenative deal to end the lockout. Assuming the deal is approved, the NBA will have a 66 game 2011-2012 season, which would begin with a nationally televised tripleheader on Christmas Day.

While I'm not as much into the NBA as I am MLB, all I can say is.. it's about time. Considering the current economic state in the United States, and the world, millionaires fighting over money seems a disgrace.

If anyone has a link to this story, and could post, it would be appreciated.

Great, back to HeatTV on ESPN. The NBA sucks...cares about individuals rather than teams. I thought it was great that no one really cared the NBA was gone...hardly a mention. Only ESPN cares...

I'd rather watch the Carolina Hurricanes vs the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Go away NBA

Teams are allowed to start talking to free agents today . Hoping the Mavs can resign Barrea and Tyson Chandler
